Social Media Manager

Zozimus is looking for a Social Media Manager to be a key member of our Performance Marketing team. Reporting to the EVP Performance Marketing & Analytics, this position will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social strategies to help clients build brand equity, drive engagement and website traffic.

The ideal candidate will a platform expert on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. You also have a strong understanding of how Reels, TikTok and Clubhouse work and how brands can be successful on these platforms.


  • Develops social media strategies, including driving the research direction and insights for the development of social campaigns based on an advanced understanding of client markets
  • Defines relevant KPIs, tracks, and analyzes performance across channels, suggesting and making real-time improvements
  • Help design, create, curate and manage the best content for companies’ social channels
  • Monitors, listens and responds to social audiences in appropriate ways to deepen engagement and defuse issues
  • Provide guidance on engagement and participation in evolving social media channels, identifying and evaluating new opportunities as they pertain to the client and budget
  • Managing and executing on the social media calendar


  • 4+ of social + digital marketing experience
  • Experience managing organization social media platforms across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills – ability to capture and use various data points to develop and measure marketing programs
  • Must be proficient in Hootsuite, Sprout Social and Google Analytics
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally and work with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Highly detail-oriented, excellent organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
  • A passion for social media and understanding its business impact
