About David Hwang

Creative Director

David Hwang is award-winning Creative Director with decades of experience in Marketing & Advertising, Entertainment, Health Care, Education and Software Development.  A multi-disciplinarian working in all digital and traditional media, Hwang was a founding member of two progressive branding & design companies Two Headed Monster and V12 (in partnership with Richard Branson’s Virgin Digital) in Hollywood and Santa Monica. Hwang has collaborated with ESPN, NBC, ABC, FOX, USA, Game Show Network, Disney Channel, NFL Network, PBS, Warner Brothers, Fox Sports, AT&T, AT&T, Los Angeles Times, JCPenney, Cox, Toyota, Hyundai, Mattel, and more on Branding and Advertising. Hwang has conceived and directed the world-famous TV show Friends title sequence, as well the iconic logo design. And his work on Monday Night Football and X-Games remain influential today.

Hwang’s substance in visual storytelling, great communication, and getting results for clients have garnered him with awards from American Institute of Graphic Artists, Broadcast Designers Association, Communication Arts, Type Directors Club, International Design, Association of Independent Commercial Producers and Academy of Arts and Science. David has 4 chihuahuas and 1 wife in Arizona. He is a great Creative Director, good Artist, a fair mountain biker, and a terrible guitar player.
